NEXUS//OPS is designed as a self-contained macOS product, with minimal data collection for purchase, licensing, and support communication.
Purchase and support inquiries
When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, selected interest, and message are sent to Dual Tone Lab for sales or support follow-up.
Product behavior
NEXUS//OPS does not require an account, does not capture credentials, does not scan files, and does not perform network operations. The on-screen telemetry and interface content are generated inside the app.
Hosting logs
Your hosting provider may keep standard server logs such as IP address, user agent, timestamp, and requested pages. Configure retention inside your hosting control panel.
Email records
Sales and support emails may be retained as business records so Dual Tone Lab can confirm licensing, delivery, and support history.
