NEXUS//OPS license terms
Clear usage boundaries for a premium macOS screen-graphics product built for film, video, events, client review, and presentation work.
Permitted use
NEXUS//OPS is licensed for fictional screen graphics, production playback, prop interfaces, live operator performance, and cinematic cyber operations visuals. It is not cybersecurity software and does not perform real network access, scanning, hacking, credential capture, or data collection.
License levels
Studio is $249 USD for solo creators, designers, small studios, indie productions, portfolio work, social content, internal pitches, and non-broadcast screen graphics. Production is $699 USD for one named commercial project. Broadcast starts at $2,500 USD for television, streaming, network, agency, multi-seat, enterprise, recurring show, or custom prop-screen package use.
Recommended purchase guidance
Choose Studio if you are a solo creator, small studio, indie filmmaker, or designer creating smaller screen graphics. Choose Production if the app will appear in a paid client project, commercial shoot, film, ad, pilot, or music video. Choose Broadcast if the app will be used by a team, network, streaming production, agency, recurring show, or larger commercial production.
Delivery and access
The product is delivered as a signed and notarized macOS DMG after purchase confirmation. The license is for direct use by the purchasing individual, studio, production, or approved client team named during purchase.
System requirements
NEXUS//OPS requires macOS 26 or newer on an Apple Silicon Mac. Intel Macs are not supported.
Ownership
NEXUS//OPS, the interface design, visual systems, included screen assets, copy, branding, and product presentation are original Dual Tone Lab works. All rights not expressly granted remain with Dual Tone Lab.
Restrictions
Licenses do not allow reselling or redistributing the app, sharing license keys, uploading the app for public download outside the licensed customer, claiming the software performs real cyber operations, or using the app for illegal, deceptive, or real-world intrusion activity.
Safety boundary
NEXUS//OPS is a simulated visual system. It must not be represented as real security, intrusion, surveillance, banking, financial, intelligence, or emergency-response software.
Support
Support is provided by email for purchase delivery, setup questions, and basic production-use guidance. Studio and Production licenses include 12 months of app updates. Broadcast support and update scope are quoted by project scope.
